Paper Application

1. Obtain a paper application form (click here) or fill out the online form below.
2. Students entering the Graduate and Post Graduate programs, please visit BibleCounselors.com for more information and to enroll in classes.
3. Complete the application(s) and attach a recent photo.
4. Provide the Pastor’s Letter of Reference from your pastor.
5. Provide two other letters of reference from individuals who are not relatives.
6. Include $30 application fee.
7. Have the High School and any college that you have attended send a copy of your transcripts directly to the school in care of Admissions Office.

1. Complete all steps for First Time Students.
2. If you have attended another Bible College, we must receive transcripts from all other schools that you have attended. This is true even if you do not wish to transfer credits. Have other schools mail your transcripts to:

3. Notification of your status will be provided in writing upon receipt of the above information.

Transfer of Credit

BHBS will accept credit from other colleges, subject to administrative approval. The maximum amount of credits that can be transferred is sixty-four credit hours. The administration maintains the right to deny acceptance of any credits it deems unsatisfactory or inadequate toward the completion of a diploma at Beth Haven Baptist Seminary. Credit may be given for all subjects which are equivalent to those courses offered at BHBS, and in which a grade of “C” or better was earned.

Life Credits may be given to those involved in ministry, subject to administrative approval.
