Beth Haven Baptist Seminary opened our fall semester by hosting an Opening Days Revival and Practicum.
Our special guest was Dr. Bruce Turner. Bro. Turner preached on Heaven, Reaching the Next Generation, Pulling Down Strongholds, and How to be a Blessing to your Church. His practicum messages on Visiting in Hospitals in and Medical Care Facilities and Ministering to Families at the Time of Death were incredibly practical, eye-opening and heartfelt.
Pastoring for over 40 years, being on staff in a hospital, and being a police chaplain for many years has given him a wealth of experience. His stories and experiences gave each of us a wealth of information and reminded us that the ministry is all about ministering to people and being there for them in their time of need.
The messages will be uploaded to the church website and the practicums will be on the seminary website.
We praise the Lord for the 20 currently enrolled in our undergraduate program and the 15 enrolled in our graduate programs.
